A loan goal from Javier Saavedra, in the 87th minute, allowed Indios of Ciudad Juarez to defeat Cruz Azul one-nil and assure the club avoid relegation. Indios salvation is perhaps Saavedras saving grace as the 35 year old midfielder, best known as "el Mala Suerte", holds the distinctive title of having reached 5 league finals and losing every single one of them.
